June 22nd	Announcement of the written examination results at MoEYS
July 4th	Explanatory meeting for research students (how to write research plan)
July 16th	Deadline for application forms and necessary documents for the interviews at the Embassy of Japan
July 23rd	Announcement of the results of document screenings by Research Plan (Only for Research applicants)
